By installing or using MacMail ("the app"), published by Axisway, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
You may use MacMail to access email accounts that you own or are authorised to use. You are responsible for complying with your email provider's terms, including Google's Terms of Service.
Your accounts and data
Your email remains with your provider. MacMail does not store it on any Axisway server. Handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axisway is not liable for any loss of data, messages or other damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and revoke its access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
